Manager Tools a great resource
I found a great tool online that I would suggest you check out.
This site focuses on management skills such as note taking, leading meetings, and policy oriented issues. The PODCASTS are rich in content and I have found extremely useful.
Manger Tools just added a "subscriber" fee (which is frustrating), but there are still resources that are for free (i.e. podcasts, select materials).
